About the Founder

As a Fractional Director of Operations & Business Strategist, Christy Villaseñor is on a mission to empower women in business with diverse energy needs, helping them create positive change and unlock their fullest potential. She serves as the driving force behind Her Strategic Partner(™), collaborating with visionary leaders who have cultivated strong foundations and thriving team-based businesses.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Christy finds joy in immersing herself in video games and delving into random subjects, continually igniting her curiosity. She and Jason, her loving partner, call the charming city of Bakersfield, CA their home, where they share their lives with their two adorable cats, Luna and Rini.

Christy's upbringing and early experience in an ops role during college shaped her into the compassionate yet driven leader she is today. Guided by mentors who emphasized the importance of integrity and empathy, she strives to empower others with the same values.

Committed to making a difference, Christy actively supports causes close to her heart, including LGBTQ rights, Neurodivergent advocacy, and raising awareness for chronic illnesses. These social issues fuel her passion for creating a more inclusive and compassionate world.

Christy has been an absolute joy to work with and has brought a ton of knowledge and comradery to what can frequently be a lonely role in business - Founder. Having someone to organize my thoughts, brain, on going to do list, and make a plan to execute that (whether it be hiring, delegating, establishing systems, etc), has been so beneficial for me. As a business founder and neurodivergent human with a rapidly growing company, it's too easy to find myself without spoons or in a spot of overwhelm - Christy has been such a great catalyst many times over the last 6 months to get our business putting its BEST foot forward.
